July 1 Courage = Try again

Good Morning, Just a little note to brighten your day!

Another 2 ½ inches of rain, Rather wet than dry…...

But the hay got wet, the hens don’t set,

the cows all wanna go dry.

Horses are hot, The egg prices are not

and our, Taxes are all sky high!

But, we got a little money in the bank

A little gas in the tank

And 4 new kittens for sale

One little filly, and a big old billy,

a sly tom cat with a kink in his tail

With tax collectors, federal inspectors,

A feed man that wants to get paid

I think I’m gonna hide, With my Ma by my side

And take a nap in the shade!

Yeah…... things sure are tough down on the farm!

Courage isn’t always a lions roar, sometimes it is the heart at the end of the day Saying….. “I will try again tomorrow!”
